Clinical Services

Integrative Manual Therapy and Integrated Services such as: advanced Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, nutritional wellness, and advanced therapeutic technologies are offered worldwide through trained practitioners.  IMT offers patients the opportunity for recovery, rehabilitation and prevention as an alternative and/or complement to other health care disciplines. 

Sharon and Tom Giammatteo spend the majority of their time overseeing patient care at the Institute of Integrative Manual Therapy in Bloomfield, CT.  When not in Connecticut, Sharon & Tom are teaching and overseeing patient care throughout the world at other IMT clinics. 

IMT Practitioners, at all locations, have extensive training in IMT diagnostics and treatment techniques.
